What is the difference between 48hrs pass and a Kiwi Hatchery & Tuatara Backstage Pass Tour

The Kiwi Hatchery & Tuatara Backstage Pass Tour includes your All Day 48 Hr Admission Pass, so it's a combo ticket. When is the penguin feeding time

The penguin feeding times are at 11:00 am and 3:00 pm daily. Make sure to catch it, it's a real treat!

Can we touch or hold the kiwi

Touching or holding the kiwi isn't allowed, as they're highly endangered and protected by The Department of Conservation. But you can still enjoy seeing them up close in our nocturnal walkthrough area or during a behind-the-scenes experience with our hatching programme.
